We recognised that it required a total commitment to customer needs, precise and diligent execution of our work, staff training and improvement underpinned by a set of values focused on putting the customer first.

As part of a continuing program of improvement, we have asked each customer for their honest feedback and to rate us between 1 to 5 stars. In this very “uber” way, we are able to gauge from our customer’s feedback how we are doing and act accordingly where necessary.

The results of this program which has been running for about 12 months has accredited us with an outstanding online reputation.

The culmination yesterday was a wonderful surprise. We were awarded a " Queensland’s Best" award for 2018. We were recognised for our great reputation, overall 4.9 / 5 score and the wonderful words written by our customers.
