Recently we spoke with a customer living in Nundah on the north side of Brisbane. They needed to arrange a termite inspection, as they had concerns for their home. When you first suspect termites in your home, it’s best to arrange your termite inspection as soon as possible. If you can blatantly see them or their damage, its also best to leave that area alone until we get to your house. By disturbing them, you might force them to move and infect a new area in your home.

You will also want to avoid any home bug sprays or remedies before a termite inspection. Its true that you might kill a few of them. Most of the colony will just change their location though. And again, this might backfire by spreading the infestation within your house.

Where possible, we ask our customers to also send us a photo of the suspected termite zone. This can help us to identify what is going on, and also give us more time to prepare for your termite inspection.
