Last Friday, the Conquer Termites team hit the Bulimba Nine Hole course for our Annual 2024 Conquer Golf Day, and it was nothing short of amazing! 🏌️‍♂️⛳️

This year’s theme was a throwback to the 80s, and our team didn’t disappoint. From neon colors to retro costumes, the energy on the course was fantastic. A special shoutout goes to the Blues Brothers, aka Dan & Stephen, who won the best-dressed award. Their dedication to wearing full suits on the golf course (in the heat, no less) showed their true commitment to both style and spirit! 👔🔥

The competition was fierce, but the gold challenge winner was Carlo, who took full advantage of the -5 costume rule for playing in his 80s gear. His victory was well-earned, but we can’t forget Roberto, who put in a great effort with a solid score of 34! 👏

While the fun costumes and friendly competition were the highlight of the day, events like these are about more than just swinging clubs and winning trophies. They’re an incredible way to bring the team together outside of the usual work environment.

Golf is the perfect mix of relaxation and competition, allowing us to bond, communicate, and strengthen the sense of community within our team. Getting together like this helps boost morale, fosters teamwork, and allows everyone to unwind and enjoy some quality time with colleagues.
