1. Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling

• When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• We request you call (07) 3356 8801 and let us know or email bris.north@conquertermites.com.au as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment.

2. How to Cancel/Reschedule Your Appointment

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (07) 3356 8801 between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
• If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message or email bris.north@conquertermites.com.au.
• We will return your call / email as soon as possible.

3. Late Cancellations/No-Shows/Rescheduling

• A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will require full payment of your appointment prior to rescheduling.
• There is a $150 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled, rescheduled or “no shows” with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• Pre-payment will be required to rebook your appointment. Missing this rescheduled appointment will result in a $150 surcharge which will be deducted out of your prepaid payment.

4. Termite Management Installation

• We require a $500 deposit to secure termite management installation appointments.
• The remainder of the invoice is due the day of installation, unless on a payment plan.
• The deposit is non refundable for cancelations made 48 hours or less from your appointment time.
• Please use your invoice number as a reference when making payment.
