Those who know our business will know Kuyan Rider. Having started with us 5 years ago, she has gone on to be one of our most diligent employees' and someone who embodies what it means to work for Conquer Termites Northside. Through exceptional customer service and pride in the brand, she has helped us daily in achieving our goal of providing 5-star service across the north side of Brisbane.

Kuyan began as our Office and Sales Manager, before moving across into the role of our General Manager. Throughout it all, she continually worked to better herself and her knowledge. With that in mind, we are excited to announce that she has attained her Pest Management for Support Staff Level 1 & Pest Control licence. Over the past 2 years she has completed modules around managing pests with and without applied pesticides, as well as maintaining equipment and storage areas within pest management vehicles.

Through a mixture of study online and field days, she has gained knowledge similar to those of our technicians on the road. What this means for our valued customers is that Kuyan will be able to provide more technical advice. Whether that involves identifying species or just the best treatment options for those species, she is here to help.

Her commitment to the role has already been recognised this year through a nomination in the Professional Women in Australian Pest Management 2019 Excellence Awards. Aside from that, here at Conquer Termites Northside - we want to congratulate Kuyan on all her hard work in achieving this licence and are excited to see her put it to use.
