Finding termites, or even the suggestion of termites, in your home can be quite scary. The destruction they're capable of is well known and can immediately have you fearing the worst. We've compiled a quick list of what you need to do if you find termites in your home.

GIVE US A CALL: The best thing you can do is to immediately give us a call. We can arrange for one of our trained professionals to inspect your home as soon as possible. From there, we'll be able to determine treatments. Remember, the sooner you call us, the sooner we can help.

LEAVE THEM ALONE: Once you've spotted the area that you believe is affected, try to leave it alone. If you disturb them, you might send them off into other areas of your home without realising. You could even affect the chance of our treatments working, by making the termites defensive. By leaving them alone, you're allowing our team the best possible chance to rid your home of them. And if you've accidentally disturbed them (that might be how you found them) - don't worry. Just leave the area alone from that point on.

NO HOME SPRAYS: Although you might want to grab your bug spray immediately, you need to resist the urge. A surface spray is just that - a surface solution. It will kill the termites you can see but won't penetrate the nest. This can make our job harder. Leave all attempts at removal to us.
