Most of our customers get their pest control and termite inspection completed together on an annual basis and why wouldn't you? It saves you money (reduced price for combined services), gives peace of mind (knowing that you have done your due diligence for the safety of your home and family), keeps pests away and means that you are likely to pick up active termites before they do any large amount of damage (another cost saving)!

What should I do before getting a general pest control treatment at my home?

keep a list of any items you want your pest tech to check out while he or she is there
pick up/move pet food & water bowls
take any clean washing off your clothes line
vacuum/sweep and mop before we come so that you can leave your treatment there for as long as possible
keep floors as clear of debris as possible for best treatment
What should I do before getting a termite inspection at my home?

keep a list of any items you want your pest tech to check out while he or she is there
move any items that are up against your external walls such as pot plants

have access available to the sub-floor and roof void clear of obstructions
There's no need to clean out your kitchen cupboards these days as we use a mixture of gel, dust and liquid based products that are applied specifically to reduce pest issues. The treatment is also environmentally friendly (no waste, low odour and low toxicity) and we offer termite treatment options that are the same (Sentricon Always Active bait stations are a prime example).
